Lutron Electronics Project Applications Software Engineer interview questions

The Lutron interview process was unique. The interviews consisted of solving actual real-world problems. The innovative interviews really test your problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure. The majority of the interviewers were really nice and helpful. So far, I have done two rounds. The first one of which was a 1 1/2 hour technical interview. The second round was 3 hours and consisted of two interviews, a technical interview, and a roleplay interview. I hear that the third round is a behavioral interview. I hope I make it :)

The first step of the second round interview for me was to design a CRUD api, from front end design to backend class structure, and finally a pseudo-ER diagram. I felt the questions were very fair, although you definitely need to pay attention to details, which was something I kinda messed up on.
