I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lyra Health (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2022
Interview
6 week process, 4 rounds. All very typical and simple conversions which I appreciated, really protective over culture fit as they should be. One of the rounds was a role play. The team was a pleasure to speak with overall.
Only negative was at the very end offer stage. Last minute there was a pivot from being a fit for Strat/Majors to Ent, then I was low balled an offer. This was 2 steps backward in my career and not even close to competitive $. I LOVE what Lyra is doing but 6 weeks of time was wasted.
I hope they can start hiring for sales experience vs. industry experience or Spring and Modern are going to eat their lunch as they mature. I spoke with one of their seasoned reps and it’s already happening more frequently in deals…
