Lytx Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process was divided into 3 steps: 1. HR phone screening 2. Manager phone interview 3. "On-site" Interview but this happened during the pandemic so it was a video call. This interview was almost 3 hours long and it was a series of interviews with - software engineers, Product manager, HR interview and lastly a brief call with the manager. Everyone I interviewed with was super nice and their enthusiasm about this company and the work culture really showed. The recruiter also was very communicative and kept me informed every step of the process. Really positive experience overall!

1. Recruiter phone screen 2. Online assessment Three algorithm questions in an hour. 2 easy + 1 medium/hard. They don't actually give enough time. 3. Senior Engineer phone interview Resume and behavior questions. No technical question. Very strange. I received a generic reject email 3 days after.
