First you access their link in email, record a 2-3 mins video online.
You may practice lots of time. but the official interview can only recorded once. Answering 2-3 question.

Introduce yourself. (I dont know it should be in english or chinese. I answered in English.
It's online, and you have a 30-second practice section to check the mic and cam. It's individual and a video recording which means they would record you performing and then check later, rather than face to face.

Do a self-introduction using Cantonese in 60 seconds.
Virtual interview with total 10 minutes, with 5 minutes preparation and 5 minutes to answer the questions. Before the real interview, there is a practice section with no limit try.
