I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MX
Interview
I was very impressed with the talent team at MX. Although I didn't speak to a recruiter until the very end of the process, I worked closely with a (very, VERY attractive) recruiting coordinator who even gave me her personal cell number for quicker communication. Let's call her B. B was patient with me even throughout my multiple questions and requests and made sure to bend over backwards to accommodate me. When I first met her, I was so put off by her stunning beauty that I definitely was awkward but she made me feel comfortable. The girls working at the front desk were also very friendly and upbeat, making me feel really welcome.
The onsite was lengthy, to be expected based on the other reviews here. I had a good time with the interviewers who seemed geniunely interested in me as a person and took the time to get to know me. I was overall vert impressed with the team and the process although I did not accept their offer. I realize this doesn't have to do with the talent team, but MX's compensation is surprisingly low and I was just uanble to accept.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do our values align with your personal values?
Disappointing interview experience.
The entire process took almost two months.
Three separate interviews, one with the Lead, one with multiple panels, and then another round of executive panels.
Then they ghost you.
For a company that boasts about their culture and their internal work environment, the way they treat interviewees is backwards.
One of the worst interview experiences I’ve had so far. The whole process took two months, three interviews, seven people, and only one technical question.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of culture questions.
They like to bring up their company values. Which again, seem backwards, since they don't treat you the same.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at MX (Provo, UT)

After drilling you on company culture, they will ghost you for several weeks and give you zero feedback. You will feel insecure and wonder what it was about your personality they disliked so much. Or, maybe it was just that you got that one technical question wrong? What about all of the other cool technical stuff you do know that they never asked about?
So misleading and inconsiderate.
I applied online. I interviewed at MX (Lehi, UT) in Jan 2021
Interview
A series of zoom interviews with 1-2 people over the course of a few weeks. Some technical questions and lots of culture and mentality questions. No whiteboard questions were asked.
