      Marketing Executive Interview

      Sep 9, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Madwire

      Interview

Phone interview. Crazy long online application. Second phone interview, followed by in-person interview. Sent two follow-up/thank you letters. It's been 2+ months, and it's just been crickets. Highly unprofessional to just leave a candidate hanging after investing so much time. They seem to be pretty impressed with themselves and guess their time is just too precious to even fire off an automated declination letter.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Madwire

      Interview

It was a pretty lengthy application process. There were two personality tests, a somewhat long written application, a one-way interview, then a final zoom interview. I was bummed I didn't make it past the final round but will apply for more positions in the future.

      Question 1

What would you put on a billboard for everyone to see? What is your biggest failure?
