The interview process was very comfortable and focused a lot on who I was as an individual so the individuals interviewing me could get to know me better. Much of the interview felt like nothing more than an easy going and friendly conservation, rather than the typical question/ answer, question/answer, etc. The questions were smoothly placed into the conversation and I never felt like I was backed into a corner, or put on the spot with them hoping to trick me into answering a certain way. This was by far the best interview I have ever had!

I applied, interviewed and was offered in one week. The process was quick, yet thorough and I felt truly valued while interviewing and onsite. Along with the days following the interview, I didn’t feel forgotten and kept in touch with the hiring manager.
