Phone interview, in-person interview with 2 of the hiring managers, then a third lunch/job shadow/tour interview. I was impressed with their facility and the way the company appears to take care of their employees. I was also pleasantly surprised to be given a pillow after my second interview. Seems like great people and an awesome company to work for.
