Interview
The First interview is actually about job knowledge and experience. But the technical test is not for the Engineering manager it's for the software engineer. A coding test for software engineers. Seem the hiring manager doesn't know what they are looking for. As an engineering manager myself who actually to a tech engineering interview the coding test is not for the engineering manager test.
