Marqeta Software Engineer II interview questions

I had a fantastic interview experience with Marqeta! The recruiters were incredibly accommodating, especially since I was out of the country at the time. They worked with my schedule and helped arrange all my interview rounds seamlessly. The entire process was very smooth. The first interview was a 45-minute to 1-hour conversation with the hiring manager, followed by a 1-hour coding round. The final round consisted of a system design interview and a behavioral interview, each lasting 1 hour. After that, there was a team matching process, which took about two weeks, but I was kept informed every step of the way. The recruiters and the team were always responsive and easy to reach, making the whole process stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend Marqeta’s interview process for its organization, communication, and professionalism.
