Marsh McLennan Agency interview questions

I received an email in August and set up a phone interview with a company recruiter. From there, I had a video interview with 2 officers. I thought it went fine. I was not chosen to move forward. But, I had to reach out to the recruiter after not hearing back within the time given to me. While I understand, it did get weird for me when, 2 months later, another recruiter reached out about the same position. I emailed the recruiter to let him know that I was recently rejected and did not apply to the position again. No response. Two months after that, I received a rejection email. So, I was rejected from a position I did not apply to. It was weird, unprofessional and a bit unsettling.
