Interview
Had to make it through the preliminary round. That requires a look at your resume and phone interview.
Came in for an interview and interviews with 3 people, the Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and an Analyst.
About a week later I got offered the position.
Interviewer/recruiter was really nice, conversation flowed well. Questions were standard behavioral questions, no surprises and went smoothly. Allotted time to ask interviewer questions at the end as well. Great experience overall!

Applied online, scheduled a phone interview with HR within a week and moved to a second round Skype interview the following week. Mostly behavioral questions, definitely very focused on finding the right fit for the company.

Attended an info session with multiple other people. They talked about their company culture and company structure. When they were done explaining everything about their company, you have the option to sign up for an interview.
