In person, met one on one to discuss if the job was right fit. Followed up by second interview shortly after. The whole process was well organized. Recruiter was very nice and provided specific details about the position which was helpful in analyzing if the job was right for me or not.

Super easy process overall. Just be yourself and show passion for the position in question. Great internship for anyone looking to get their foot in the door in insurance/sales/finance. Super nice staff and good training
The interview process was pretty standard and consisted of an initial call with the recruiter followed by 3 additional interviews with different managers. Was a good experience overall and they were very welcoming.
