Had to wait awhile after submitting resume and application, but once I got a call back, the process was straight-forward. The interview was not too difficult, more just about getting to know the hiring managers.
Interview with two supervisors. It was over the phone. They asked me several questions about my approach to the therapy process. I answered and they asked clarifying questions. It was moderately stressful, but in the end not difficult.

Vey kind and efficient people. Everyone was very kind in relaying what the work would be like. Do not be intimidated by the titles of those you speak too and hear from.

The interview was extremely professional and quick. I had an interview with three people back to back before moving onto the final one over the phone with a boss of the industry.
