interview process is straightforward, manager asked about my work experience, if I can work under stressful situations, and plan within the next 5 years. It's a teaching hospital so you have tons of resources.

Worked as travel RN for a year previously. Applied for ICU position. Quick and easy. Talked with HR at first. Offered job on the spot. HR stated if job acceptance, the floor manager will calk to give information about the floor.
