Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews, first with HR, then with manager, lastly is someone of a high position. The interview with manager is mainly a case in where it would be the typical market expansion, acquisition etc. The final round question I got was "How many houses are there in the region", so it would be helpful to know general statistics of the region you are applying for beforehand.
