2 phases. 1 on campus individually in person. 1 on site with 4 separate 30-minute interviews in one day. On-site interview took whole day. Got to see company building and local area. They informed me even though I didn't get the position after the 2nd phase.

I interviewed for the pm launch program in shanghai. startes with an video interview. first round is with the head of product in chinese; second round is with the senior vp in english. both takes 30 minutes. the questions were mostly behavorial and related to your past experience

Interview consisted of behavioral questions along with a short case study. It was an enjoyable experience and I enjoyed meeting the employees. Definitely be able to articulate why you want to be a product manager, specifically at Mastercard.
