I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Mastercard
Interview
Not an interview at all. I was surprised to find out that the group was far from cutting edge and really behind the times. I walked away feeling like I had just time-warped back to 1999
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None! I spent a few hours giving them solutions to the challenges they where asked to meet by senior management. I was really surprised at their lack of knowledge, I left the interview really feeling sorry for the team, they seemed like very nice folks.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mastercard (Pune City) in Feb 2019
Interview
4 to 5 rounds of discussions involving technical and behavioural aspects. It involved people from India and US. Interview happened in Pune office. Interview process was very professional exercise. Business Leaders were were very cordial and to the point on question. HR was mostly interested in final salary numbers.
I applied online. I interviewed at Mastercard (São Paulo, São Paulo)
Interview
Very organized, clear, transparent, timing was good and all the interviewers were always on time or flexible enough to make the conversations happen, excelent reception and communication with HR during the entire process.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Mastercard (New York, NY)
Interview
Intense including HR panel and online testing. Their key HR people are in St Louis so the panel interview with them is hard to read since it's done over the phone.
