Phone screen, virtual with hiring manager, virtual panel interview with technical and behavior questions. It was alright. The hiring manager and one panel interviewer were very genuine and polite. Some people either were too busy doing other things during the interview and weren’t paying attention or it didn’t feel like they were truly present and engaged- it was a check-box activity

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you faced resistance on a plan or process you had planned to implement. How did you overcome that resistance?
1st round was Telephonic round with HR. It was not a scheduled one, HR called me as per their convenience and starting taking HR round. They asked general questions about my current role.

Interview
Super quick and easy. Took 1-2 weeks, and got an offer a week after final interview. 4 total rounds, one with recruiter, one with hiring manager, one with analyst on team, and one with executive vp, all behavioral.
Tough but fun and i had to do some online test and it was quite cool and the interviewers were very friendly, and I loved the interview process, and I had lots of fun, and it was chill and such.
