Question 1
Describe a time you had a challenging time working with your peers
In total it was a 3 step process. Phone call with a recruiter, in-person with field support manager, and then on zoom with the area director. Overall good experience, I accepted the job offer.

Interview
The interview process was confusing and Barely any communication (constant rescheduling). Gave me wrong information on where the interview was to take place. Interviewers were nice, but never received any communication from them afterwards.

You go through multiple interviews. Standard phone interview basically going over your experience and getting a feel for you. Then an in person interview with the manager and potentially another mgr. Star based questions and more detail on your experience and what they expect from you. There's another "interview" which is called a "pit sit" where you then go in and meet everyone in the office and sit with everyone to see what their day to day tasks are like, which was pretty boring and honestly not that insightful. They are also trying to see how you connect with the team as apparently they like to do company outings and such and then you meet many of the other managers in the office and they "interview" you as well and youre basically repeating the same stuff you already answered. The mgr then gets feed back from everyone and tries to form an opinion off of that. I made it that far and never heard back.
