I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maxim Healthcare (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
3 phases: face-to-face interview, pit sit, interview with managers. On the first day, I interviewed with the manager. She was very nice and was able to answer questions and talk about the position. She asked questions about skills, strengths/weaknesses, scenarios, your ability to handle stress and different management styles, and etc. A couple of days later, I was asked to do a pit sit in which I got to spend time with the other FSAs for an hour and learn what they do. After that, the FSAs will notify the manager if they see potential in you and would like you to be on their team. Then the following day, I was asked by the manager to meet with the director. The three of us talked more about the position and they wanted to see if I will be able to handle this type of job. After that, I was offered a position.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Maxim Healthcare in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview lasted about an hour. Both of the interviewers were personable and easy to talk to. The questions asked were mainly positive, which was refreshing. They followed up with me within the timeframe specified at the interview and were responsive to my email inquiries.

Question 1
What environment do you work best in?
What do you see yourself focusing on most in your first 90 days?
It was a good interview, I sat down with two representatives and discussed the job expectations and company goals. They were always checking in to see if I had any questions or concerns.
I applied online. I interviewed at Maxim Healthcare (Fort Worth, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview process was in three parts: a phone interview, once with the manager, and once with a Field Support Specialist. The first two interviews were behavioral and for the manager to get a feel whether or not you would be a good fit for the office or not/ a good fit for the team. The one with the Field Support Specialist was more of a meet and greet. It was fairly easy to get along with everyone I met.
