I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Maxim Healthcare (Maitland, FL) in Feb 2022
Interview
First did a phone interview, then did an in person interview with 2 people, then did a “pit sit” interview where I shadowed 2 people and was there for 2 hours then after the 2 hours went to have a mini interview with someone else. Tried to follow up with them the next day and left a message with the secretary for the girl that interviewed me and was told she was “out of the office” then followed that next week to let her know about something that came and had to leave a message because she was “out to lunch” so clearly I was being ghosted which is fine because I wouldn’t want to work for a company that doesn’t have the decency to return a phone call or email.
I applied online. I interviewed at Maxim Healthcare (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
Had a few rounds of interviews starting with phone, then two in person one with a panel, and finally one virtual. Each interview was a combination of experience and behavioral questions.
Phone screen, interview with manager, shadow for position, interview with area manager . Lots of steps for an entry level position. Lots of repetitiveness and same questions ask. Seems pretty redundant

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had multiple tasks to juggle at the same time. How did you balance getting these tasks completed
pretty straightforward, they just want to know if you'd be able to do the work and what your experience is like and whatnot. it's not stressful or intimidating at all.
