The interviewer spoke about how she was surprised I heard good things about the company since the reviews were bad... I was moved forwards through a phone screening, in person interview, and return for a shadow. I was told that no background was needed and this is entry level, but that they chose someone with more experience. Of course the company must do what is in the best interest of themselves, but moving through that many rounds of interviews with a high emphasis on it being entry level was not a good use of time for the company or myself.
