Maxim Healthcare Reruiter interview questions

Very lengthy interview process, three rounds and all in person. The person coordinating my interview addressed me by the wrong name in email directly after speaking with me, and consistently sent over incorrect interview dates. Very disorganized and sloppy. The most obnoxious round of interviews was the second round, where I had to meet with 4 separate teams, two recruiters from each team, and each group asked me the exact same set of questions. Not to mention there were two recruiters who seemed way more nervous than I was. One of the recruiters kept spacing out and would ask her partner what we were just talking about. After completing three rounds and constantly receiving positive feedback, I was given a rejection email with no feedback. After spending over three hours of my time, a call with actual feedback would’ve been appreciated. With how terrible the interview process was, honestly not disappointed to not receive the offer.
