Interview online and received a request for a phone interview within a few days with the hiring manager. Very brief and informative phone interview. Was invited back to interview in person with the manager and 2 other administrators. They provided a sheet of questions they were going to ask you, which was helpful. Interview was laid back and relaxed. Interviewers were all very nice and welcoming. A week or two later, I was requested to develop a presentation on a project I had managed. Since I lived an hour away, I was able to do this via videoconferencing which was great! Unfortunately, they hired someone in-house, but I did receive a personal phone call from the hiring manager telling me I did not get the position, but did inform me of another position I could also be a good fit for. I applied for that role, but unfortunately did not even get an interview. Overall a good experience interviewing at Mayo Clinic. They do reimburse you for mileage and parking.
