McCormick & Company interview questions

I had a disappointing experience during the interview process with McCormick. I successfully cleared all three rounds, and my final interview went exceptionally well. The interviewer even discussed the next steps, including my joining details, which made it seem like everything was finalized. However, despite this assurance, I have yet to receive any formal communication from them. It’s frustrating to see a company waste candidates’ time by leading them on without any follow-up. A more transparent and respectful hiring process would go a long way in maintaining trust and professionalism.

In preparation for the Interview McCormick provided 4 questions that they wanted answered in a Power Point presentation. I was to present this to a group of employees as part of the interview process. The interview itself consisted of meetings with 4 different Directors - roughly 30 minutes each. These sessions were then followed by a larger group session where the presentation developed before the interview was presented. Q&A followed the presentation.
