McKesson Customer Service Representative interview questions

I was a trainee so it was just one interview where we discussed my skills and how I would be able to manage the territory. Again, the majority of the interviewing took place before I was hired as a trainee. During that process, there was two panel interviews.

I thought the process would be simple after the phone interview. The recruiter emailed me for a phone interview on Monday, he never called, so I emailed him asking if some how missed his call. He apologized for not calling and called me two days later. He had a bad connection so i had trouble hearing him. After 15 mins the phone interview was over he said that he would be turning my application over to the hiring manager and i would know something by the end of the week. This was on Nov 2 and I havent heard from anyone
