McKesson Director interview questions

Mine was a HR call, followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager, followed multiple rounds of in person meetings, followed by a final meeting with the boss of the hiring manager. It depends on the group you are interviewing for and the level at which are going in as.

For a company as large as McKesson they were pretty fast. What annoyed me was they knew all along what my background is. I had a lot of startup experience and had delivered a lot of work perhaps not at the scale at McKesson but to very large customers. During the interview process - both the hiring manager and the VP of that group made me feel as if it were a crime that I hadn't delivered the scale that McKesson is expecting. They hardly gave me an overview of what they are expecting and why they are looking for this role - just started off with questions from a questionnaire. Do you have experience with this/with that, etc? All along they knew my profile but I don't know why they wanted to waste their time and my time and telling me how my experience is not what they are looking for in a candidate.
