After the phone interviews, everything was easy. However, I didn't hear anything from the company after the interview. I was wondering about the result and sent them two emails and called them several times. Didn't get any answers or call back.

Initial phone screening, followed by 1-2 rounds with Inside Sales team. Quit simple questions, asking about my interest, general experience, and why I want to work for the company. Nothing technical or out of the ordinary.

Phone screening by recruiter and then managers will request video interview if interested, if they like you then HR will contact you and send you an offer. Takes a while for the whole process.
