McKesson Leadership Development interview questions

The process started off with a description of the position. Good discussion with the interviewer. Poor second interview. The second interviewer did not seem to be knowledgeable of the position - just highlights. Did not ask questions aligned with the position. Communicated to me that they would be in touch for an additional phone interview and face-to-face with a panel. Never heard back. Would have been helpful to hear something.
