McKesson Senior Financial Analyst interview questions

I interviewed was with three individual on three different days. I believe they calibrated amongst each other to select top candidates, then a final interview was conducted with the Senior Vice President. All interview questions were behavioral because it is encouraged/forced by the Human Resource Department. I feel behavioral interview make the whole experience robotic/mechanical. The interview was not casual amongst the interviewees.
