Interview
The interview process took an hour long. I was interviewed by my potential team members, 3 people in total. The manager of the team interviewed me for the first 30 minutes, and then one of the test automation team members switched in for the last 30 minutes. The previous co-op student was interviewing me for the entire time as well.
First half was personal questions, and then second half presented more technical questions. I was asked about the projects on my resume, scenario questions, and then some questions about C# and programming. Finally, I was asked to give examples of my experience in customer service.
Overall, everyone was very nice and professional.
