Medable interview questions

I had a great interview with the hiring manager based in the UK and they decided to have a follow-up interview with the US Customer Success Team and this interview went really bad as it was a zoom meeting and none of the attendees (except me) open their cameras, so I was the only one who talking with the camera on (this was very distractive for me as I was only seeing myself on the screen which made me feel like I was interrogated). The interview was scheduled quite late (7:30PM UK time) - naturally I was super tired (maybe it's not an excuse) and the questions they asked made no sense; not work related and they were not approachable at all. Anyway, I did not get an offer but I am kind of happy because I wouldn't want to work with such a team anyway.

Initial intake call with a recruiter with discussion of salary range (contract to hire, about 50% of going contract PM rates in healthcare IT). Informal zoom interview with current employees. Entire process was a bit disorganized but they are growing quickly and have a lot of moving pieces, looking to grow the team quickly. It sounded like this will be a decent opportunity while Covid-19 is around, but after that there is significant competition in this space as every vendor is trying to open trials faster and with greater efficiency. If you are desperate for a role or between contracts this may be a good opportunity.
