I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medallia (Sydney) in Apr 2016
Interview
Very detailed process - 5 rounds of interview, loved the 1st 3 rounds of of the interview - rather than the typical hypothetical behavioural interview its a very functional interview trying to understand how you are as a person, the choices you have made and what your aspirations are.
i was only able to finish round 4 and was not selected, though the presentation went well was advised approx 1+ week later with one key feedback that in my presentation that arrived at my plan a bit late.
Overall loved the experience but certainly would have loved some more concrete reasoning - as since day one my resume detailed i was not from a sales background even though i had done some pre sales work in past - so just purely a decision on the presentation just felt me wanting to know more as i was really keen to get the role and after the interview i went feeling i did well and possibility of getting to round 5
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Various question detailing my experience, how would i design a CX programs what i love the most what i do not like - certainly a very different interview expereince - so be yourself and be genuine
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Medallia (Detroit, MI)
Interview
Several rounds of 30m interviews - there seemed to be no consistent agenda/questions. Seemed to be mostly a culture fit interview. Would have expected more technical expertise questions given the role. Process felt drawn out
