Medallia Software Engineer interview questions

I've been reached via Linkedin by a recruiter for the Buenos Aires office. They were 7 interviews total, the first one was a technical interview via skype. Then came 2 technical interviews on site, a technical interview via skype with someone from the palo alto office, a cultural interview (life experiences, likes and some questions about work), a last technical interview on site and finally an interview with a manager. It's a very long process, but I get the point. It's difficult to hire developers and specially making sure that they are the right fit, both technical and cultural (basically if you are going to get along with the people you work with). They made me an offer and I accepted. Overall a great experience. PS: Since is such a long process I think it would be pretty cool if Medallia gave a t-shirt or something to those who didn't make it. It might sound dumb, but it's kind of frustrating investing all that time just to get rejected :).
