Medical Solutions Senior Software Developer interview questions

The interview process consisted of two rounds: First round with management. Second round with the team, focusing on technical aspects. There were some behavioral questions, and the technical questions weren’t too difficult. Not sure why I wasn’t accepted—possibly due to market conditions.

Three rounds: First initial call then two panel interviews on teams. All interviews use random trivia questions and puzzles. These people lie and tell you what you want to hear. The managers hire randomly and people have only been with the company a year or two because or high turnover. Managers seem incompetent.
