Six interview steps were completed: five via Zoom and one face-to-face.
The interviews lasted only 30 minutes (personally for the level of seniority they were hiring, I considered short..) and included standard CSM questions such as biggest challenge, dealing with difficult customers, examples of thinking outside the box, and so on.
Although the process was simple, the interviewers' welcome was varied, culminating in the final interview with an incredibly unpleasant salesperson. At that moment, I decided I did not want this role any longer.
On top of this dreadful last interview, the recruiter ghosted me, which I think the most impolite attitude a company could have.
It is a typical case of a corporation failing to recognise that candidates are also interviewing them.
