I applied online and my manager then called me. We scheduled an interview. She met me outside the office and walked me in. We chatted about my life and why I'm looking for work.
Easy it wasn’t bad they asked you very much simple questions and they listen and they make sure they understand you and asked very simple about past jobs and what skills would you bring to the table

Easy, you just be yourself, and answer questions like what days and hours you can work , are you good with customers , can you work weekends and etc , you must be flexible, and reliable
