Menards Manager Trainee Program interview questions

Informal interview, checked in at the customer service desk and brought back to a department where I was asked to fill out sensitive information at a cash register. Information that could have been filled out on the initial application. Interview proceeded in a large community room and was given very general information due to the position that I was interviewing for. Interviewer indicated that I would be receiving an offer after consult from store management , given an estimate of 5 day lead time as it was the weekend. It took 3 weeks for them to get back to me. I declined to move forward due to other opportunities in my career search.
