The manager was 45 minutes late to my interview and it only lasted 5 minutes but I got (and accepted) the job. Overall it was okay but I was annoyed at the fact they were late.
Had a nice and cheerful interviewer. Questions were standard and wanted to know more about your experience and why you want to work at Michael's, what previous work experience you have.

Interview
Lots of basic situational questions about handling customers. They want to hear about your experiences in similar situations and in retail. Availability is make or break, and would offer the job to someone more open, versus someone who is juggling multiple commitments.
