I interviewed in person there wasn’t very many questions and they were mostly getting to know me and previous experiences it was a super easy interview that also didn’t last very long

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Michaels (Boston, MA) in Aug 2016
Interview
I was called in 3 days after an online application. Manager asked some pretty basic upfront questions. She asked mostly about availability, went over what would be expected of you. She was nice and very approachable. She was busy when I first got there so I looked around for a little while.
It was simple and comfortable. I felt like I could open up and get a good amount of information regarding the position and benefits. The process went by fast and the company communicated well.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Michaels (New York, NY)
Interview
Fairly simple process. Interviewed with the assistant manager then with the Manager. Basic questions about work history and experience . Also asked about scheduling availability and willingness to work nights and or weekends.
