Interview
It was quick. They ask a few questions. I got hired on the spot, but probably only because it was seasonal so they started needing and wanting people. It was my first job and the manager gave me the chance to work there on the spot and i appreciated that because it's hard to get a job, especially as your first.
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Interview
Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
