I met with the hiring manager and the store manager in the craft classroom. They asked about my experience and gave me an overview of the position. At one point, I felt a bug moving around in my cleavage, and had to interrupt to get it out. They laughed it off and allowed me to take care of the problem, and I still got hired.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
