I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Michaels (Winter Park, FL) in Jul 2016
Interview
Very easy and doesn't require a lot of skill, just be nice and willing to be flexible with hours. Its best to walk in and ask about employment rather than apply online because they rarely get back to you about your application.
I interviewed in person there wasn’t very many questions and they were mostly getting to know me and previous experiences it was a super easy interview that also didn’t last very long
