Interview
The interview was quick and easy. I was asked pretty standard retail interview questions. The manager who conducted my interview was friendly and personable. After the interview I was immediately offered the positon.

describe a challenging moment in your career and how you reacted to it. I said one time i had a conflict with someone and then we were able to resolve it.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
