I interviewed at Michigan State University Federal Credit Union
Interview
Phone interview and two in-person interviews. They asked a lot of question about working with people. It was a very positive experience and pretty laid back. The process took about 2 weeks.

Question 1
Questions were based on service and how well you work with people. They did ask questions and expect examples of previous experiences.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (East Lansing, MI) in Sep 2013
Interview
I interviewed for a credit union associate position. The first interview went well and I was scheduled for a second interview. The woman I met with was extremely friendly and told me about all the career opportunities within the credit union.
The second interview was less than professional. The gentleman I interviewed with was almost 30 minutes late for our appointment and seemed distracted. He also made fun of the university I graduated from, talked about drinking with friends during the interview, neglected to ask the questions the the company had printed out for him, and then did not write any of my answers down. After the interview, he told me he would call me in a week whether I was going to be called in for third interview or not.
After two weeks and several calls to the credit union, he finally called me back to say they were "looking at other candidates."

I applied for the Credit Union Associate position and within a week received a call regarding my application. I had multiple interviews all with people that were extremely, friendly, and warm. You could tell the interviewers were passionate about MSUFCU and were really able to speak to the culture and strengths of MSUFCU. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and I am looking forward to my career at the credit union.
