Mindbody Customer Service Representative interview questions

The first round was a recruiter phone screen, focusing on questions about my background and experiences. After this call, I was assigned to do a Cognitive Aptitude Test. The second round was with the hiring manager. It was a short 30-minute interview. For the first 20 minutes, I was asked about my experiences, skills, and attitude. Then, the last 10 mins I had the opportunity to ask questions back to the hiring manager. The interview went very well, and the hiring manager informed me during the call that I would be moved forward to the final round. For the final round with the Director, I had to prepare a case study. This round was also 30 minutes long and not too difficult if you were well-prepared. The entire hiring process took only two weeks, and I received the offer the day after the final round.

The process was smooth and fast, I had an interview with HR, then with the team, and finally an individual conversation with the manager. It was a seamless process with a lot of respect.
