This interview started with an intro call from the recruiter who briefed about the team and the role. Then there was an assessment test. After that, I was made to converse with the Director of UX. This process took like 2 weeks. The recruiter doesn’t respond to any follow-ups and each round left me ghosted as whether they are willing to proceed further or not. After 2 weeks, the recruiter messaged me asking for a set of times to conduct Zoom meetings with 4 designers of their team. It was more of a behavioral interviews which lasted for nearly 2 hours. Then the wait started for another 2 weeks and then finally an automated mail stating that they are looking for more qualified candidates. There is no way the recruiter will respond to my mail for feedback. After spending weeks together for the interview, all I got is an automated rejection mail which is of no use.
