It was for an entry level account executive role, and it was a long conversation but pretty informal and casual. They explained a lot about the company and the rest of the interview was basically a conversation. I think for the sales roles, especially entry level, they just want to see if you can chat with people easily and comfortably.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked me to tell them something interesting about myself (not related to past employment or education, just like hobbies/interest etc)
It was okay, the manager I interviewed with was rude, asking if the fact that I knew someone that worked there "would be a problem". But overall it was alright, wouldn't haven wanted to work here if I got the job offer.
The process was quick and easy. Basic structure. Typical interview set up. Nothing out of the ordinary. All questions were straight forward. Start method and knowledge of the industry is great to have.
