Mindbody Senior Software Developer interview questions

Long and massive, but very positive. I had 8 rounds of Interviews in this order. 1st - First talk with RH 2nd - Online Codility Test 3rd - Speaking with manager 4th - Technical Test (review document made from Jr developer) 5th - Speaking with Director 6th - Technical Test (review Jr Code) 7th - "Debug" and fix complex algorithm (you cant really debug because the online plataform don't have a debugger) 8th - System design test All the interviewers were very respectful to me... After that received the feedback that I wasn't selected.

They have 3 rounds of interview. The last one, which is the only one that really matters, is 5 hours long. It is actually 5 interviews of one our each. 1. Technical Implementation 2. System Design/Decomposition 3. Code Reading and Refactoring 4. Design Review 5. Culture Add The main point about the technical interviews is that the recruiter encourage you to ask questions, but when you do on the interview they barely respond anything. Even the recruiter suggestion is dubious since all interviews should act as junior developers, but you should ask questions to them to get to a better result. At the end they only act as junior developers and answer nothing. At the end there was no return from the recruiter on what was wrong with the interview or how you could improve.
